The SOLEFoot™ TOUCH CERTIFICATION TRAINING
The Soleful Touch Certification Training program was thoughtfully designed by Ellen Watson, celebrating her 40th year on the staff and faculty at Esalen Institute, Big Sur, CA, where she studies, practices, and teaches various modalities of moving meditation practice – alongside Bianca Childs, a dedicated Esalen massage practitioner. Recognizing the transformative power of massage therapy, they aimed to create a program that not only imparts essential skills but also empowers women in underdeveloped countries to achieve financial independence. Through their combined expertise, they crafted a comprehensive curriculum that blends the art of foot massage with principles of anatomy, client care, and business skills.
Ellen and Bianca believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to learn a valuable trade that can enhance their quality of life. The Soleful Touch Certification Training equips participants with the knowledge and techniques necessary to provide exceptional foot massages while fostering self-confidence and entrepreneurship. By training women in these communities, the program strives to create pathways for economic empowerment, enabling them to support themselves and their families while promoting well-being and relaxation for their clients.
